RMM-OTD FLYWHEEL

Counter-rotation attacks the torque. The torque is the constraint.

A coaxial nest of three counter-rotating carbon-fiber rotors in one vacuum vessel — engineered to minimize net angular momentum, targeting rooftops, vehicles, and seismic siting that single-rotor machines cannot take. No chemistry, no capacity fade mechanism from cycling. Exact cancellation is an active engineering item — we say so.
